With the continuous development of new technologies,advanced information technology,network technology,communication technology and artificial intelligence have been introduced into the commodity economy,which has brought huge changes to people's shopping methods,commodity distribution and transportation,and logistics has become a commercial development.An important part of.In all kinds of distribution and transportation methods,the emergence of different forces in the same city plays an important role in the commodity process.In view of the increased demand for food procurement and distribution in the canteens of many restaurants,hotels,or large and medium-sized enterprises,the demand for food distribution and transportation in the same city is strong,but due to the special characteristics of food safety and delivery time for food,especially vegetable distribution and transportation.For vegetable distribution in the same city,how to ensure the freshness of the transportation process,ensure food safety,and ensure delivery to customers on time is the core content of the distribution service.At the same time,road transportation in the city has certain requirements for the driving time and route of the truck,so To develop a reasonable and effective distribution plan is essential for distribution companies.In addition,in the same city distribution process,there are also cases where the customer's distribution needs change frequently,and there are also cases where failures during vehicle travel must be dealt with urgently.Related research is carried out on the initial vegetable distribution plan and the dynamic distribution plan during the distribution process Has very important practical significance.Based on the research of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper designs the customer satisfaction function with the soft time window as the time window constraint for the actual needs of vegetable distribution companies in the same city,and the overall constraint function as the overall objective function with the logistics distribution cost constraint.Considering meeting the customer's time requirements,using genetic algorithm as the basic method,a static initial delivery model with time window constraints is established,and a dynamic delivery model under the disturbance of demand changes and a dynamic delivery model of emergency solutions for vehicle failure occurrence are established.Under the disturbance of demand change,the virtual distribution center theory was introduced to redistribute the unserved customer points for the original demand change,and the new demand was combined with the batch processing decision to put it into the task to be allocated to form the next stage.Distribution plan.Under the disturbance of vehicle failure,use the two-layer decision of adjacent rescue and new vehicle rescue to rescue the failed vehicle to reduce the loss.The static initial distribution uses genetic algorithms to achieve global optimization,and the dynamic distribution model for demand changes and vehicle fault disturbance factors uses genetic algorithms to achieve local optimization,effectively ensuring the timeliness of vegetable distribution.This article selects a city-wide vegetable distribution company in Dalian for empirical analysis.The effect of adopting traditional emergency strategies is not obvious.Although some losses have been recovered,customer satisfaction has also declined as the delivery tasks cannot be completed on time,affecting the company's services.quality.Using the established static and dynamic distribution models to solve demand changes and vehicle failure emergency can be a real-time distribution plan,which can deal with dynamic disturbance factors in a timely and accurate manner,effectively reduce logistics costs and increase customer satisfaction,and have important practical value.
