At present,the environment of condiment companies is complex and changeable,competition in the industry is increasing,and consumers' demand are upgrading.An enterprise wants to meet the challenge,it needs to analyze the strategies and define strategic goal,to establish a performance evaluation system that base on development vision of it.Based on performance evaluation system via using systematic tools and methods to achieve regular comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency in business operations.In this way,it not only helps companies achieve strategic goals,but also supports the enhancement of corporate value and creativity.Condiment industry consist by mainly of small and medium-sized enterprises.There is highly competitive and the development model is relatively traditional.There is a lack of practical application of the performance evaluation system.The research based on the balance score card to establish a performance evaluation system of condiment companies is a new exploration.The Balanced Score Card(BSC),as a comprehensive performance management framework system,starts from the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal business processes,learning and growth.Strategic objectives as the core,which through comprehensive describe,measurement and management it,that transformed it into actual operation methods and actions,then measured the company's performance.Therefore,this article takes YQ company as an example,and conducts research on its performance evaluation system based on BSC.The research is divided into six parts.The first part is to introduce the background of the article,discuss the significance of the study,and introduce the main content and methods of it.The second part summarizes the research status of condiment industry via literature review.This part introduces the theoretical methods of BSC and the current status of BSC applications.At the same time,this section introduces the theories and research methods used in the research of this article,including key performance indicators,strategic maps,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The third part introduces the general situation and characteristics of the condiment industry.Introduce background of YQ company,and based on company's development vision,taking internal and external environment analysis.And describe strategies by using the situation analysis method(SWOT).Finally,solutions are proposed according to the status of strategy implementation and performance evaluation system of YQ company.The fourth part analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of the BSC performance evaluation system,prepares for the system construction,and completes the construction of the indicator system according to certain principles.The fifth part discusses the results based on the weight results of AHP and the evaluation results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.And proposes the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance evaluation system based on BSC,and the feedback mechanism for subsequent use.The sixth part is the reflection and summary of the research.The performance evaluation system based on BSC of YQ company match its development vision,which helps to improve its management capabilities and make better business decisions.This research as a precedent for the application of research performance evaluation system in the condiment industry,also expanded a new field of BSC application research.
