Research On Collaborative Model Of Supply Chain For Intelligent Manufacturing

The core measure of the "Made-in-China 2025" is to develop intelligent manufacturing which is the only way for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry structure.It is the driving force for manufacturing enterprises to pursue the goal of high efficiency and low consumption in the production process.The supply chain is a key link in intelligent manufacturing where the collaborative operation can integrate internal and external resources of the enterprise to form a large-scale operation,so that the operation efficiency of the entire supply chain can be improved and a good market atmosphere of income sharing and risk sharing can be formed,which is conducive to achieving the goal of transformation and upgrading.This thesis focuses on the collaborative allocation of supply chain resources for the intelligent manufacturing.The main tasks are as follows:(1)A collaborative allocation model of the resources in the supply chain based on willingness to participate is proposed.Considering the influence of supply chain alliance members' willingness to participate on the collaborative allocation of the resources in supply chain,the allocation model of the supply chain resources is constructed from the perspectives of operation cost,operation time and customer evaluation.And a sorting method with optimal solution based on the regret theory is proposed to solve the model.This method improves the scientificity and rationality of the supply chain resource allocation and is beneficial to consolidate the stability of supply chain cooperative operation mode.(2)A collaborative distribution model of the profits from the supply chain based on green distribution compensation is proposed.It is an important condition to ensure the stable and orderly operation of the supply chain to reasonably distribute the income created by the whole supply chain.This thesis improves the profits distribution method based on the Shapley value method from the perspective of risk.Also,this thesis corrects the weight of profits distribution according to the actual carbon emissions undertaken by each enterprise.The method improves the rationality of profits distribution among enterprises in the supply chain and is conducive to meeting the requirements of green and environmental protection for the development of intelligent manufacturing.
