The Research On Profit Distribution In Green Supply Chain Of Furniture Manufacturing

After more than 20 years of development,China's furniture manufacturing has formed the world's largest furniture production and processing system.China is gradually becoming the world's most important furniture manufacturing center.At present,with the improvement of China's furniture industry market and the deepening of its international level,China's funiture manufacturing has entered a stage of high-quality branding and structural upgrading from a stage of rapid expansion and scale expansion.In the process of continuous development of the furniture industry,it provides us with a wealth of furniture products,but also consumes a lot of resources,which has brought serious negative impacts on the environment.As the added value of furniture products is not high,and transportation costs,distribution costs and operating costs remain high,resulting in low profits and hindering the development of the furniture industry.Therefore,in the context of environmental protection pressure,in order to win sustainable competitiveness,companies in the furniture industry chain chose to actively assume environmental responsibilities and invest in green supply chain construction activities to provide society with more resource-saving and environmentally-friendly green furniture products and maintain long-term market competitiveness.How to better ensure that the member enterprises,while pursuing economic benefits,fully consider the impact on the environment and solve the sensitive and important interest distribution problem in the process of supply chain management is the key to the stable operation and long-term development of the green supply chain of furniture manufacturing.In order to solve the problem of profit distribution in green supply chain of furniture manufacturing,using TOPSIS method of multi-objective decision-making comprehensive evaluation and analysis to build a solution of profit distribution of comprehensive factors in green supply chain of furniture manufacturing.First,the research background and significance of this article are clarified,the current status of related research at home and abroad is summarized,and the technical route,research content and research methods of this article are introduced.Secondly,with the help of green supply chain management theory and cooperative game theory,the basic concepts of green supply chain and furniture manufacturing are defined.Combined with the relevant theory of benefit distribution,this article analyzes the subject and object of benefit distribution,the characteristics and problems of benefit distribution and the influencing factors of benefit distribution of green supply chain in furniture manufacturing.According to the literature analysis and the results of enterprise research,the main influencing factors are resource input,risk bearing and green contribution.Then,the three-factor benefit distribution value was obtained by using the proportional distribution method,ANP,and the Shapley value method in cooperative games,and used as the original data to build a comprehensive benefit distribution model,combined with TOPSIS method to obtain the multi factor comprehensive evaluation of the green supply chain benefit distribution value of furniture manufacturing.Finally,the benefit distribution value is solved by a case study of the four-level furniture manufacturing green supply chain benefit distribution problem including furniture raw material suppliers,furniture manufacturers,furniture sellers,and third-party logistics.The results show that the TOPSIS method comprehensive factor benefit distribution model can make up for the limitation of the single-factor distribution method.It is more comprehensive to consider the influence of different factors on the benefit distribution of the green supply chain of the furniture manufacturing,and effectively test the model's rationality and practicability.
