China is the largest wind power market in the world,As the time point of 'wind and thermal power at the same price' approaching gradually in 2020,the subsidy for wind power prices will accelerate to decline,and the price of wind power machine will drop sharply,which severely reduces the profit margins of wind power unit manufacturers.The entire wind power industry chain has been under tremendous pressure to reduce costs.With the cumulative growth of the number of wind turbines in China is under great pressure of cost reduction.,the demand of wind turbines' post-warranty service from wind power companies is increasing and a huge post-warranty service market for wind turbines has been formed,the market scale has continued to expand.The establishment of wind power equipment manufacturing companies in the wind power post-warranty service market not only plays a positive role in establishing brand image and consolidating market position,but also has strategic value in expanding new profit growth points and ensuring the safety of capital chain.At present,most wind power service companies have loose management,chaotic service processes and serious waste problems.How to improve the value of the enterprise by optimizing the post-warranty service process is not only of great significance to the sustainable development of the enterprise,but also will become an important field for innovation pilot and backward promotion of the overall service process improvement of wind power.This thesis is based on the actual operation of DEW company.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the company's post maintenance service business and the defects of the current post-warranty service process,this paper strives to explore the improvement of the company's wind turbine post-warranty services.Firstly,the thesis presents the background and the significance of the development of the wind power post-warranty service market,and sorts out the relevant information about the development of the wind power post-warranty service business at home and abroad,while the advantages of DEW'S post maintenance business is emphasized.Meanwhile,it identifies and analyzes the existing internal operation problem of DEW's wind power post-warranty service business,along with cause analysis.Secondly,with the help of relevant theories and tools for process optimization,the thesis optimizes the design of DEW's wind power post-warranty service process and formulates optimization measures,the contents include: the functions and division of labor of the implemented departments,the preparation of the implementation plan,the matching and implementation of the system,organizational structure adjustment,the training and adjustment of employees.Finally,the thesis compares the new and old processes of wind power post-warranty service in DEW company,and preliminary evaluates the implementation and effect of the optimized post-warranty service process in DEW company,include optimization effect evaluation of structural,functional and indicator,and the conclusion and Prospect of the optimization of the post warranty service process of DEW company.In this thesis,through the optimization of the service process after the wind power protection of DEW company,the key link improvement method of the service business after the wind power protection of DEW company is sought,and the applicability of the service process after the wind power protection of DEW company is demonstrated with specific cases,so as to make the service business after the wind power protection of DEW company reach the market demand,realizing the improvement of the overall service process of wind power while improving the competitiveness of the enterprise to think and inspire.
