Post Evaluation Research On Selection Of Wind Power Generators In Hebei Hongsong Wind Power Plant

In recent years, wind energy develops well because of its clean and renewable characteristics. The exploitation and utilization of wind energy become an important component of a national sustainable development strategy. With the construction of a large number of wind power plants, wind power generator turns more important. Because it is the main equipment in wind power plant, and the quality of wind power generator not only affects the cost of the wind power plant, but influences the plants generating capacity and operation cost, and ultimately affects the electricity price. So it is necessary to study the post evaluation of wind power generator selection.This paper firstly introduces the recent development of domestic and international project post evaluation, and then surveys the theory of project management post evaluation—economic theory and modern management theory. It analyzed the Hebei Wind Farm Fan selection post-evaluation from the technical and economic side:on the technical side, wind power can not separated from wind power generation equipments, and fan selection is key to the development of wind power; on the economic terms, wind power costs is high and the weak price competitiveness is the development bottleneck. In wind power farm, the wind turbine equipments and installation costs are major parts of wind power construction investment, about 60%～80% of total investment. It is important to control the wind power construction investment for reducing the wind turbine equipments and installation costs.In this paper, final results show that WTG3-1500, the unit capacity of 1500KW is most appropriate. The fan is direct drive wind turbine, no gear oil, and has low temperature resistant protective measure. Reference to such fans positively not only benefit the use of advanced equipment and technology, but also meet the country's new energy industry to promote the implementation of the localization policy.
