With the scarcity of global energy and aggravation of environmental pollution,all countries around the world are pushing new energy development,which is sustainable and pollution-free.Among them,wind power has become the first choice of renewable green energy during global development,for its low-level pollution,short construction period,low operation cost and other advantages.Since the 20th century,most countries in the world have accelerated the development of wind power.According to related statistics:by the end of 2016,the installed capacity of wind power in the world has reached 486.7GW.China's wind power development just started in the 1980s.Since the implementation of the New Energy Law on January 1,2006,it is making rapid progress.At the very beginning of technology introduction from abroad,till digestion and absorption,we can do basic design independently at present.All wind turbine domestic companies have their own wind power research center and R&D system.However,with the accumulation of installed capacity of wind power designed independently,quality accidents erupt constantly,which partly reflects some defects of the domestic research and development system.S company is the first high-tech enterprise which can design wind turbine generator system independently,suitable for different wind resources in global and adapt to global environmental conditions.After experienced a short period of success as leading position in world in wind power industry,it fell to bottom quickly due to poor management,management replaced frequently as major shareholders changing,leading to company development strategy vague and decreasing product market share.After taking over by one sated-own company with national background at the beginning of 2017,S company's daily-management just returned to normal.Then its management conducts a sharp revolution under the condition of severe domestic and overseas environment.This article is based on S company's R&D process improvement scheme as the research subject,using related theories of R&D management and process optimization,focusing on development strategy and business goal of enterprise,from several aspects including R&D process,organization structure,safeguard measure and effect analysis and so on,in order to enrich the scheme of R&D process optimization.Through the combination of theory and implement,the company S new product research and development management process have made a breakthrough,achieved promotion of subsequent R&D management and economic efficiency and saved the cost.The author of this article arrived at some conclusions which are beneficial for communication and quoted.
