Study On Relationship Between Rural Land Circulation And Farmers’ Income Growth

Land is the most important wealth for farmers,but the previous individual planting pattern has lagged far behind the development of The Times.Rural land and rural labor force are an important source of rural economic growth in China.Land transfer is the act of transferring land management right(use right)to other farmers or economic organizations.It can increase rural investment,promote rural urbanization,and change the economic model that China relies on exports and investment to drive growth.In this paper,through consulting and various changes in the farmers’ income in qitai county land circulation statistics,literature,and combined with field investigation,understand the qitai county farmers living conditions and economic income changes,the quantitative analysis of land as tradable production influence on farmers’ income in qitai county,is expected to achieve the following purposes:(1)system of induction and the factors influencing farmers’ income in qitai county recently,to find a new growth point of the farmers’ income.(2)calculate and evaluate the influence of land circulation on farmers’ income in qitai county.In the first chapter is introduction,this paper analyzes the present situation of land circulation in China and the malpractice and the restricting factors existing in qitai county farmers’ income,combined with literature review at home and abroad are put forward in this paper,the research idea,method and possible innovation place.The second chapter is the basic theory of land circulation and farmer’s income.The system expounds a series of classical theories,such as property rights,institutional changes and land rent,which are related to land transfer,and hopes to get enlightenment from it.Definition of farmers’ income and statistical method,there is a clear explanation in this chapter,on the basis of enumerating the family adult labor,land quality,urban employment space and the selection of industry and the national policy and other factors that affect farmers’ income.The third chapter introduces the income and land circulation of qitai county.Qitai county farmers’ income from founding to the early 21 st century,has experienced four different stages,its absolute value is on the rise,according to the contribution analysis occupied the main position salary income and net income of household operation,the two have been larger fluctuation;In the analysis of farmers’ productive income and non-productive income,the proportion of them is found to be parabolic.The empirical analysis of the influence of land circulation on peasants’ incomin qitai county is the core part of this paper.This chapter looks at the rural land transfer in the typical area of qitai county from the perspective of macro statistics and finds its characteristics.By using the multiple linear regression model to analyze the influence degree of land individual circulation activity on the income of farmers,to find out the important factors that influence the per capita net income of farmers in the future;To find the key factors that affect the income of farmers and calculate its size and provide policy Suggestions for future work.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve land circulation and increase farmers’ income after comprehensive analysis of the results of these chapters.
