| Talents are the most competitive core resources of enterprises.Developing competitive employee training is an important way for enterprises to cultivate talents and retain talents.It is the core of enterprise human resource management and an important means to realize economic benefits.The optimization and improvement of the employee training model is closely related to the improvement of the quality of employees and the long-term development of the company.This article takes HL Biology Company as the research object,selects the employee training data and materials of HL Biology for the past 5 years,and comprehensively uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature survey method to describe and analyze the current status of HL Biology training model.From the perspective of the systemic perspective of employee training and the main body of employee training,we explored the problems in the employee training model of HL Biology: the incomplete analysis of requirements,the imperfect curriculum system,the imperfect evaluation system,the single seat placement,and the content.Separation of needs and other issues;and the use of SWOT to analyze the competitiveness of HL Biology in the human resources market,and thus the need to optimize the employee training model.Then use the employee training theory to optimize the training model of HL Biology employees.The specific optimization design is guided by the development strategy of HL Biology,and it is divided into five aspects: demand analysis,target determination,curriculum design,training implementation and effect evaluation.Optimized design;finally put forward safeguard measures from the three aspects of system,organization and capital to ensure the smooth implementation of the new employee training model,thereby improving the company’s ability to face fierce competition in the market,and providing other enterprises with "education" Reference and reference. |
