With the adjustment of social industrial structure,construction enterprises should change the human resource management mode to cope with the development of The Times.Aiming at the characteristics of construction enterprises that are mainly engaged in engineering construction projects,the construction of competency model can flexibly deal with the complex human resource management of construction enterprises,promote the more abundant division of posts,more diversified development of enterprise employees,and comprehensively improve the level of enterprise management.This paper first explains the background of the topic,and then proposes the research objectives and methods on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature,which is the framework for further theoretical research.Secondly,the concept,main content,research status and construction method of competency model are studied theoretically,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of competency model of employees in construction enterprises.Thirdly,the paper comprehensively USES literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and semi-structural interview to determine the competency characteristics of construction enterprise project managers based on the principle of relevance.And the principal component factor analysis is used to reduce the dimension of the principal component extraction,the construction of four dimensions of project management ability,personal quality characteristics,professional qualification characteristics and personal development characteristics of the project manager competency model.Finally,the competency model is applied to personnel selection,performance management,training development and salary management,and the corresponding countermeasures and guarantee measures are put forward.The application of competency model in construction enterprises can provide reference for human resource management in construction enterprises and theoretical basis for talent selection,training management and performance appraisal in construction enterprises.Figure6;Table10;Reference61.
