With the development of China's national economy,people's quality of life and consumption levels are improving,and the spiritual consumer demand is constantly rising.Traveling to relax and relax is gradually becoming the norm in people's lives.The rapid development of tourism has become an important driving force in the optimization of China's economic structure.The development of tourism is also faced with continuous innovation.The concept of all-for-one tourism proposed in recent years has pointed out a new direction for the development of tourism.Under the new situation,if tourism companies seek development and obtain competitive advantages in the fierce market competition,they need to analyze the development strategy of the company carefully.This article takes S Tourism Development Corporation in Y city as the research object and studies the strategic formulation issues of S Tourism Development Corporation development in the context of global tourism.First,through the collection of reading literature to understand the current status of the research,explained the relevant concepts of this article,related theories and analytical tools of enterprise strategic management and competitive advantage theory.Then,using the PEST model to study the macro development environment of S Tourism Development Company under all-for-one tourism,the research found that the external macro environment faced by S Tourism Development Company is beneficial to its development,as long as the company can adapt to the current macro environment.The development trend is bound to achieve even better results.Using Porter's five-force model to analyze the industry competition environment where S Tourism Development Company is located under all-for-one tourism,it is found that the industry competition is fierce,and S Tourism Development Company faces many uncertainties in the future development.Introduced the basic situation of the company,and carried out SWOT analysis to make strategic choices,and discussed the current problems of the company's development under all-for-one tourism,such as a single investment and financing channel,the aging of project products,the lagging pace of informatization,and imperfect brand operation.Finally,according to the company's development strategy selection under all-for-one tourism,it puts forward the company's development strategy objectives,key points of strategic layout and strategic measures at different stages,and put forward corresponding safeguards to ensure that the company's development strategy can be smoothly implemented.In the context of all-for-one tourism,S Tourism Development Corporation will have greater development space.This article brings some guidance to the development strategy of S Tourism Development Corporation and can also provide reference for other tourism enterprises.
