With the transformation and upgrading of the national economy and people's increasingly yearning for a better life,tourism has become an important industry of the national economy.Under the background of economic transformation and upgrading and residents' consumption upgrading,tourism is facing great development opportunities.At the same time,the development of tourism is also beneficial to the adjustment of industrial structure.Shanxi tourism revenue in the second echelon.The provincial government has formulated the implementation plan for promoting the integrated development of cultural tourism in Shanxi Province to promote the in-depth integration of culture and tourism and cultivate the cultural tourism industry into a strategic pillar industry.With the continuous development of the Internet,people have more choices to travel.Under the new industry situation where consumer demands are continuously amplified,prices are more transparent and competition is more intense,the competition in the tourism industry will not only be between tourism enterprises,but also between tourism products,local culture and various related industries.SC is a wholly state-owned enterprise established by shanxi culture and tourism investment holding group co.,LTD.,which is dedicated to forging the three tourism brands of the Yellow River,the Great Wall and taihang.It was formally established on May 4,2018.SC company established soon,must combine the industry,enterprise status quo,as soon as possible to find a suitable enterprise development path.Based on SC travel company development strategy as the research object,on tourism,cultural tourism,on the basis of related theory combing of SC company's external macro environment and industry development present situation carries on the analysis,it is concluded that enterprises face the opportunity of development mainly includes the rapid development of economy,the support of national policy,technical innovation,etc.,but growing competition between enterprises to the tourism enterprises has brought huge pressure to survive,develop;By analyzing themanagement status,resources and capabilities of SC tourism company,the advantages and disadvantages of the company in the new situation are analyzed.Combined with the mission and vision of the enterprise,this paper proposes the development strategy of SC company,and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from four aspects: organizational guarantee,capital guarantee,talent guarantee and sustainable development guarantee.The research of this paper is beneficial to the development of SC company and also provides reference for similar enterprises in the same industry.
