With the rapid development of national economy,people's living has greatly improved,and tourism has been one of the favorite entertainment of people.Consumption upgrading accelerates the economic development of tourism,and makes quality tourism become the trend of tourism.At present,cultural tourism has been the most popular tourism,and has gradually developed into a new type of tourism.In addition,cultural tourism has been a significant method to develop local economy.However,tourism enterprises in China are enormous but not strong,numerous but not elite.Tourism products are of equal quality,tourism service capacity is weak,and the competition is increasing.Driven by the transformation and upgrading of economy and the popularization of tourism,traditional real estate enterprises and manufacture enterprises flow into cultural tourism industry to seek for upgrading.Tourism is facing great development opportunities,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of enterprises.Only by standing at the height of global strategy can enterprises better grasp the future.Q Company of Culture and Tourism is a state-owned enterprise in Ningguo City,which is engaged in the investment and development of Ningguo's tourism.How to formulate effective development strategies,ensure the healthy development of the company,and promote the development of Ningguo's tourism industry has become the most concerned issue of the company at present stage.This paper takes Q Company of Culture and Tourism for research object,the research methods of literature research,field investigation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to analyze the external and internal environment of the company.First of all,collect the domestic and foreign tourism development strategy,cultural tourism and other related literature in recent years.Secondly,by analyzing the external environment and competition between enterprises,we find out its opportunities and threats.Thirdly,by analyzing the internal environment and enterprise capacity,describes its present situation and existing problems,we find out its advantages and disadvantages.Besides,this paper uses EFE?IFE matrix and SWOT method to study the development strategy of the company,and finds a strategic goal suitable for the company's development.Finally,in view of the strategic orientation,guiding ideology,development objectives and implementation strategies of the company's development,and puts forward the functional strategic system from six aspects: business development,organizational structure,marketing and publicity,human resources,finance and corporate culture,which guarantees the healthy development of the company.With the research on the development strategy of Q Company of Culture and Tourism,the company is supposed to make full use of its resource advantages,form its unique core competitiveness and promote its sustainable development according to its own characteristics and development environment.At the same time,it also provides a way for other culture and tourism companies to learn from.
