Research On Logistic System Optimization Of Guangxi

In the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the pace of the development of science and technology and the transfer of international is accelerated constantly,enterprise production mode and management idea are keeping up with the times,worldwide production sales and the allocation of resources are represent the general trend.Therefore,the construction of highly efficient and reasonable logistics transportation system can provide a convenient platform for the regional material circulation,and it is also conducive to the rapid and good development of regional economy.This paper combined literature research method and mathematical analysis method and practice method to study the logistics network system of Guangxi region,which carefully analyzed the current problems in Guangxi's logistics system under the background of Chinese-ASEAN trade environment,and puts forward a Hub-and-Spoke network model which is tested effective.The application of this logistics network in Guangxi will have important reference significance for Guangxi to accommodate the development of the Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Area and the realize the of regional logistics system of all-round opening up oriented to the ASEAN countries.In this paper,the existing regional logistics optimization related research made a systematic summary.Generally analyze the logistic environment of Guangxi under the background of ASEAN.From the economic,political and natural conditions,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and opportunities and challenges of existing logistics network system in Guangxi.According to the analysis of the establishment of Guangxi regional logistics demand forecasting model,I found the Guangxi regional logistics demand affect the economic development of Guangxi area mainly by the effect in the second industry and the third industry,optimize the industrial structure so as to promote the increase of GDP in Guangxi.Finally it introduces the basic principle of the hub and spoke model,using the first contact method,principal component analysis and gravity model,build a four shaft and ten spoke Hub-and-Spoke network system of Guangxi: four axis cities include Nanning,Liuzhou,Guilin,Yulin,ten point City include Beihai city,Baise city,Laibin city,Fangchenggang city etc and puts forward the optimization scheme of some branch trunk channel.Finally,according to the above research,this paper put forward some policy suggestions,Guangxi should improve the degree of adjustment of logistics nodes and channels and strengthen the construction of logistics system in the region.At the same time,do not forget to build connections south southwest,through the modern comprehensive transportation system of ASEAN.The government should increase the pace of opening up the logistics industry in Guangxi,establish and improve relevant laws and regulations,and promote the deepening of the reform of logistics management system.Related enterprises not only need to improve the logistics industry technology system,but also to strengthen the application of advanced information technology in the field of logistics,while promoting the modernization of logistics technology and equipment and the introduction of talent.
