Under the background of economic globalization,trade liberalization and the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,logistics integration has become an important part of regional logistics and regional economic development.High Efficiency and portable logistics network is an important driving force of regional logistics integration.Beijing Tianjin and Hebei is the core area of the capital economic circle and Bohai economic zone.The region has the location advantage of developing logistics while the construction transportation and logistics infrastructure is also maturing,but there are still problems such as low circulation efficiency,unreasonable spatial distribution and low degree of network development,affecting the process of regional logistics integration.In this case,the construction of a scientific and rational logistics network has become an important means to solve the problems of regional logistics development.The "hub-and-spoke" structure is considered as an effective logistics network model in the development of regional logistics.This kind of model is composed of logistics hubs and spokes(hinterland city).It has received widespread attention for its obvious scale and agglomeration effect in logistics resource allocation as well as its effects in improving circulation efficiency and reducing logistics cost.Based on science and technology project of Hebei province(Soft Science)"Research on the spatial extent of center and peripheral city with multi-level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei "(15457630D),the theory of unbalanced growth,growth pole,point axis development,synergetics and so on,using the entropy TOPSIS method and plume model,on the basis of the analysis of the status quo and problems of the logistics development,the paper constructs the "hub-and-spoke" logistics network gathering points,lines and surfaces by establishing the evaluation index system which accords with the regional characteristics,calculating the logistics center index,defining the hubs and spokes,dividing the radiation range of the hub cities as well as analysing the logistics channels and logistics network.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the Nij results of the logistics centrality index,the level of logistics development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region can be roughly divided into three levels.Among them,Beijing,Tianjin can be designated as the first-level hubs while their Nij are 0.7391 and 0.6300 respectively,far more than the cities of Hebei Province;Tangshan,Shijiazhuang are the second level hubs.Their logistics center indexes are 0.3865,0.3430;other city of Hebei province are the spokes.(2)According to the Cij value of the radiation degree of the hub city,the value of Cij between each spoke and the four hubs is greatly affected by the geographical proximity.For Baoding,Zhangjiakou,Chengde and Langfang,the maximum Cij value corresponds to Beijing;for Cangzhou,the maximum Cij value corresponds to Tianjin;for Qinhuangdao,the maximum Cij value corresponds to Tangshan while the maximum Cij value of Handan,Xingtai and Hengshui corresponds to Shijiazhuang.It can be found that cities relatively close to each other in the geography have the higher Cij values bwtween each other.(3)From the channel construction results,the channel of intersecting parallels,the main routes with diamond-shape and the lateral routes with star-type around the cores and kernels can be built on the basis of the identified hubs and the division of their radiation range.The "two horizontal" are the main channel of Beijing-Tianjin and the logistics channel in Middle-Southern Hebei.The "two vertical" are the coastal port logistics channel and the central logistics channel.Beijing,Tianjin are the "two cores " while Tangshan,Shijiazhuang for the " kernels ".The main routes are the logistics channels between the four hubs and the lateral routes are the logistics channels between the hubs and spokes.(4)From the results of the logistics network,combined with channel analysis and the spoke’ s first influence city,four unique logistics circles with Beijing,Tianjin,Tangshan and Shijiazhuang can be built to realize complementary advantages and the maximum of linkage effect.
