In order to keep up with the pace of network development,some small and medium-sized enterprises began to conduct online transactions,but due to the high degree of openness in the Internet market,the company's profile competition is fierce.At the same time,due to the unstable market demand and the problem of product homogeneity,it has gradually become more prominent Under the circumstances,small and medium-sized enterprises have not achieved good development as expected.Therefore,for small and medium-sized enterprises,gaining a competitive advantage to achieve further development and improving core competitiveness to become an industry leader is the key issue for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Internet+era.The full text takes Enterprise A as a case,and comprehensively analyzes the performance of the core competitiveness of enterprises in the Internet+era,the current problems and due countermeasures.First,this article reviews the related research on domestic and foreign companies' competitiveness based on the literature analysis method,and at the same time clarifies the concepts and theories needed for this study.Second,this article takes A company as an example The political,economic,social;and technological aspects of the macroeconomic environment and advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats in the context of the era are analyzed.The internal and external environments of enterprise A are clearly defined.Third,this article is based on empirical evidence.Analyze and build the evaluation model of the core competitiveness of enterprise A,and evaluate the core competitiveness of enterprise A.It is found that there are problems in the core competitiveness of enterprise A in the Internet+era,which mainly include insufficient innovation ability of enterprises and incomplete market expansion.Inadequate talent reserves,incomplete assessment and incentive mechanisms,and incomplete corporate culture,etc;Fourth,this article proposes to enhance enterprise innovation and use the "Internet+"marketing strategy based on the problems of A's competitiveness in the Internet+era.Occupy the market,train "Internet+" professionals,improve company performance reviews and Reed mechanism,cultivate key business initiatives and cultural environment of the Internet to enhance the core competitiveness of five.This article researches and finds out the problems existing in the competitiveness of A enterprise in the context of the Internet+era.At the same time,it also proposes countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of A enterprise.It is of significance for other SMEs to take measures to enhance their core competitiveness,and at the same time provide a basis for the Chinese government to reasonably formulate enterprise-related policies.
