In recent years, China’s traditional retail business comes into a dilemma of development, department stores, exclusive shops, superstores or supermarket chains, no matter which type it is, they are all suffered different degrees of decline.At the same time, the Internet and Mobile Internet is redefining all aspects of our life, even affect and change our habits. Especially the rapid development of Electronic Commerce, it achieves a phenomenal growth rate.In the existing research on the Internet and retail business, most of them only focus one aspect, Electronic Commerce itself, or retail enterprise’s core competitiveness under the traditional business condition, but the quantity of the literature which studies traditional business transition under the Internet condition, and core competitiveness’ s evaluation was quite limited. From the perspective of the rapid growth of the Internet and the subversive influence on the traditional industry, or the importance of the retail in the national economy and people’s daily lives, we need to study this field.Firstly, this article introduces research statue about the core competitiveness and the retail business’ s core competitiveness both at home and abroad, and expound the relative theory about the Internet, retail enterprise and core competitiveness, and analysis the traditional retail enterprise’s development statue and the problems. Besides, it studies the Internet retail business’ s core competitiveness both at home and abroad, and analysis the elements what consist of the retail business core competitiveness under the Internet condition. On the basis of the former study, it also build a retail enterprise evaluation index system which has the characteristics of the Internet, and use the fuzzy mathematics to establish the comprehensive evaluation system. At the end of the article, it selects two retail companies which under the Internet environment as the case, and use the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to compare the core competitiveness of the two companies. Through the compared results, on the one hand, it proved the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model, and provide some suggestions on our retail business to enhance the core competitiveness which could play a guide role in transformation.
