With the gradual advancement of global economic integration,the pace of internationalization of China's large central enterprises is also accelerating.More and more central enterprises are building financial shared service centers to transform financial management models and integrate resources.According to the data of the "China Shared Service Field Survey Report 2019",nearly half of the central enterprises already own or are preparing to build financial sharing service centers,but only 35%of the enterprises that have operated financial sharing have continued for three years.More than years.Therefore,it is urgent to sum up relevant experience to provide reference and reference for the construction and operation of financial shared service centers of central enterprises.As the pioneer of large-scale central enterprises in the field of financial sharing,ZSH enterprises have operated the financial sharing center for more than 5 years.This article takes the ZSH corporate financial sharing service center as the research object and adopts the "361 degree" method from survey analysis,design,implementation and verification And in the stage of comprehensive promotion,detailed analysis of the construction process of the ZSH financial sharing center,summing up the experience of ZSH corporate financial sharing construction.At the same time,based on the questionnaire survey data,the CMM model is used to evaluate the implementation effect of the ZSH enterprise financial sharing service center,and optimization suggestions are proposed for the implementation effect.Through research,it was found that:(1)The advanced experience of ZSH enterprises in constructing and operating financial sharing service centers includes: piloting and then promoting to reduce the difficulty of implementation;selecting professional consulting companies to improve the construction quality of financial sharing centers;adopting "361 degrees" Methods Construct financial sharing to provide theoretical support;build a multi-functional financial sharingcenter to integrate resources;attach importance to the construction of information platform and improve work efficiency.(2)The capacity maturity of the ZSH Enterprise Financial Sharing Service Center is at the managed level.Generally speaking,it has higher standard processes,more advanced information systems,higher staff quality,and clearer operation and management systems.Provide strong support for achieving comprehensive and sustainable development and moving towards high-quality development.(3)ZSH enterprise financial sharing service center still has weak process optimization and improvement ability,advanced information system leads to higher daily maintenance cost,imperfect employee incentive mechanism and training mechanism,insufficient employee self-learning ability and innovation ability,investment income Problems such as relatively low rates and relatively high operating costs.(4)In order to promote the overall value of ZSH companies,the financial shared service center should further optimize and improve in the following aspects: strengthen the process of continuous optimization and improvement capabilities,and promote business process upgrade;continue to attach importance to the construction of information,continue to optimize the information system;improve salary And training systems to improve employee creativity;strengthen operational management and reduce operating costs.
