Research On The Effect Of Entrepreneurial Environment On Performance Of Peasants' Entrepreneurship

The environment of entrepreneurial can provide the entrepreneurs with all the services and conveniences needed for entrepreneurial activities,and to a certain extent reduce the resistance of farmers to entrepreneurship.However,farmers' ability to integrate and develop resources and deal with business risks in the entrepreneurial environment is relatively weak,which requires farmers entrepreneurs to have relevant entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.As a key variable that can solve the dilemma of entrepreneurship,learning of entrepreneurship can help farmers entrepreneurs transform potential knowledge in the environment and improve their entrepreneurial ability,thus ensuring the growth and development of production and business activities.Therefore,it is of great significance to place learning of entrepreneurship in a specific entrepreneurial environment and comprehensively explore the micro-paths that affect the entrepreneurial performance of the entrepreneurial environment.This study aims to study how the entrepreneurial environment affects the Performance of Peasants'Entrepreneurship based on the research background and the structural equation model based on Zhangbei County,Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province.Exploratory learning of two intermediary variables,included in the model for discussion.The main work and conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:(1)Constructed a theoretical framework of entrepreneurial environment affecting farmers'entrepreneurial performance.Based on literature review and case analysis,the general characteristics and related factors of entrepreneurial environment affecting farmers'entrepreneurial performance are summarized.For example,the entrepreneurial environment may have a direct impact on farmers'entrepreneurial performance,or indirectly through entrepreneurial learning.Involves policy services,entrepreneurship training,past experience,existing knowledge,operating income and other factors.(2)It is confirmed that the entrepreneurial environment can significantly affect farmers'entrepreneurial performance.The empirical test results show that the entrepreneurial environment can directly affect the entrepreneurial performance of farmers.That is,the more comprehensive the entrepreneurial environment is,the more beneficial it is to improve the entrepreneurial performance of farmers.(3)It verified that entrepreneurial learning played an intermediary role between entrepreneurial environment and farmers' entrepreneurial performance.After empirical testing,the entrepreneurial environment will also affect farmers' entrepreneurial performance through entrepreneurial learning.Specifically,entrepreneurial learning plays a partial intermediary role between the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance,of which utilization learning plays an intermediary role in the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance,while exploratory learning does not play an intermediary role in the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance.
