With the comprehensive development of economy and technology,entrepreneurship has gradually become the focus of attention in China and even in the world.In recent years,the development of academic fields related to entrepreneurship has achieved remarkable results.The support of the government has provided the most fertile soil and resources for entrepreneurship.In the rapid development of decades,individual people can quickly create life value through good ideas and realize the freedom of wealth.Enterprises with entrepreneurial awareness can also achieve a stable market position by implementing innovation and entrepreneurial decisions,gaining competitive advantage in the context of a highly competitive market.Good entrepreneurial environment in practice helps the formation and development of start-up companies,and it also provides a solid case support and data foundation for academic research.In today's era,entrepreneurship is an important part of China's economic development.According to the GEM(Global Business Watch)China report,there are still gaps and differences between China and other G20 economies.Therefore,using the GEM model to analyze the entrepreneurial environment and studying the impact of the entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial performance of Chinese enterprises will help the government and enterprises to improve their entrepreneurial performance.When exploring the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance,the most important one is the enterprise's entrepreneurial strategy.When exploring the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance,the most important one is the enterprise's entrepreneurial strategy.Entrepreneurial strategy is a kind of reaction choice of entrepreneurial enterprise to entrepreneurial environment.Entrepreneurial performance is the result of entrepreneurial enterprise's reaction to entrepreneurial environment.Based on domestic and foreign literature,this paper establishes a theoretical model of entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance.On the basis of entrepreneurial enterprises,empirical research is conducted through questionnaires.On the basis of the GEM model,this paper combines the government policy and the government project into one dimension on the basis of the GEM model dimension,and divides the entrepreneurial environment dimension into financial support,government policy and project,education training,R&D transfer,business environment,market open environment,tangible infrastructure,and encouraging innovation culture and society.It will be standardized.Based on the three-dimensional model of Covin and Slevin(1989),this paper complements it,including the innovation strategy,the advance action strategy and the risk taking strategy.Based on Zahra and Covin(1995),this paper,referring to Tian Xiaoming(2008)related research,divides the dimension of entrepreneurial performance into financial performance,growth performance and innovation performance in three aspects.Based on the collected questionnaires,the results are verified by SPSS and AMOS software,and the relevant hypotheses are verified.Entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial strategy,and all hypotheses are tested.Entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on entrepreneurial strategy,and most hypotheses are tested.Entrepreneurial strategy plays an intermediary role in entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance.The government can influence entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial strategy level by changing the entrepreneurial environment.Enterprises can enhance their entrepreneurial strategy level,strengthen their response to the entrepreneurial environment,and achieve higher corporate performance.Through the study of the article,we can enrich research on entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial strategy,and entrepreneurial performance,and at the same time,help the nature of the entrepreneurial process.The research results provide some theoretical support for explaining the differences in entrepreneurial activities between China and G20 economies.At the same time,it provided some inspiration for entrepreneurial companies to choose their entrepreneurial strategy.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide relevant basis for the local government,so that the government can improve the quality of entrepreneurial environment through relevant policies.At the same time,it affects the level of entrepreneurial strategy of enterprises and enables them to obtain higher entrepreneurial performance.When making strategic choices,start-up companies should proceed from the actual conditions of the entrepreneurial environment and make appropriate corporate strategies.
