FY group is a famous real estate company in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,ranking among the top 100 real estate enterprises in China.After 20 years of continuous development,the company has entered a period of vigorous development,with continuous growth in sales profits.However,the problems in the internal management of real estate companies are increasingly prominent.The real estate project management process has been far behind the requirements of the rapid development of enterprises.In order to effectively solve this problem and improve the efficiency of FY real estate company's project management process,this paper analyzes the current situation of FY real estate company's project management process,and puts forward the effective scheme of the company's project management process reengineering.In this paper,literature research,theoretical analysis and case study analysis are used.According to the actual situation of FY real estate company,the project management process reengineering will be studied in depth.First of all,it defines the relevant theories of process reengineering of real estate companies,such as process,process reengineering and other related theories,as well as the relevant concepts and theories of process reengineering of real estate companies.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation of FY real estate company's project management process,this paper focuses on the problems existing in FY Company's project design management process,project development and construction application management process,Chengdu control bidding management process,engineering management process,marketing planning management process,etc.Then,in view of the problems existing in the project management process,the corresponding solutions are put forward,that is,the design ideas and implementation plans of project design management,development and construction application management,bidding management,project management and marketing planning process reengineering.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures and the effect evaluation of BPR from the aspects of organization management,enterprise culture construction,human resource management and information construction.Based on the theory of process reengineering,this paper makes an in-depth study on project management process reengineering of real estate companies,and uses FY Taking the project management process reengineering of real estate company as an example,we can solve the problems existing in the original process,help the enterprise to improve its market adaptability,meet the needs of users,adapt to new technologies and constantly update national policies,gradually improve the real estate project management process,constantly improve the core competitiveness of the real estate enterprise,and achieve the goal of strategic planning.At the same time,we are of the same type in China Real estate enterprises to achieve project management process reengineering to provide experience.
