Research On The Optimization Of Food Safety Information Supervision System

Innovating food safety supervision methods and promoting the modernization of food governance systems and governance capabilities are what it means to improve the level of food safety supervision today.In the past,traditional food supervision methods could no longer adapt to the rapidly developing era.Food-related enterprises have brought bad behaviors in pursuit of maximizing benefits,and government departments as food safety supervision departments have not played a good role in government regulation,as well as food asymmetry.To build a complete food safety information supervision system,use information technology to improve supervision efficiency,reduce supervision costs,and realize the entire process of food supervision,can we better innovate food safety supervision methods and enhance food safety supervision capabilities.At present,many regions in China have made different attempts in the field of food safety informatization supervision,which has laid a certain foundation for the construction of food safety informatization supervision system.Problems in the information supervision system and optimization strategies are proposed to continuously improve the information supervision ability of food safety supervision,and also provide useful thinking for food safety supervision.This paper adopts literature research method,comparative analysis method,field observation method and interview method.Taking Sanshui District of Foshan City as an example,it combs the current situation of the main body,content,software and hardware carriers and personnel in the food safety information supervision system.Asymmetry,government regulation theory and other perspectives analyze the problems of regional development level asynchrony,imperfect system content,unsmooth information transmission,and insufficient staffing.The reasons are mainly reflected in the government's failure to give full play to the role of supervisors,the inadequate guarantee mechanism of the informationized supervisory system,the asymmetry of information among the players in the system,and the insufficient capacity of supervisors.By drawing on the experience and practices of building food safety informationization supervision system in other regions and combining theoretical analysis,it is proposed to optimize the food safety informationization supervision system from the following aspects: one is to play the role of government supervision main body;The content of the system;the third is to enrich the sources of food safety information and broaden the information channels;the fourth is to improve theinformation sharing mechanism;the fifth is to improve the ability of information supervision.
