How to strengthen food safety supervision, identify problems early and timely solutions to the problems of food safety regulation has become of the most urgent need to address the major issues.In order to advance the study of China’s food safety regulatory issues, as soon as possible to improve our food safety regulatory system, the paper of political science theory, interest theory, to take comparative analysis, literature analysis, systems analysis, case study of the research methods. Departure from China’s food safety regulatory problems, the paper first to introduce the background and significance of the thesis, and foreign theoretical circles literature on research methods, ways of thinking and innovation of the paper. Then introduced the food safety supervisory concepts such as food safety, food safety regulation, government regulation, etc., analysis of existing food safety regulatory issues such as:relevant laws and regulations there are loopholes in the food safety standards system is lagging behind, food safety information asymmetry and social the oversight functions of the public were not fully backward means of food safety testing, food safety regulatory functions of the government is not clear that the various functional departments of the lack of seamless operation. And formation of in-depth analysis such as:the law is imperfect, systems, and oversight and accountability mechanisms in place, testing and technical backwardness, local governments motivated by profit and ineffective actions on the targets to be monitored. Finally, according to China’s national conditions, to improve China’s laws and regulations, harmonization of food safety regulatory system, improve food safety, accountability mechanisms, strengthen law enforcement, improve food safety supervision, improve food safety testing, to strengthen our food safety education, improve consumer awareness of rights, etc. to solve the problem of China’s food safety recommendations and references. I hope a new way to solve food safety problems in China.
