With the rapid development of the world economy and the increasingly severe market competition,product quality control ability has become one of the core elements of enterprise competition and development.For an enterprise,quality is the basis and guarantee for its survival and sustainable development,and also an important lifeline for an enterprise to explore the market.It can be said that "quality comes first in a hundred years".Nowadays,one of the main characteristics of the market customer demand is the increasing demand for product quality.From being able to meet the basic functions of customers to meeting the special needs of customers,from the promotion of product process quality control to the promotion of product after-sales service,product quality plays an important role in the middle.Therefore,enterprises need to use Six Sigma quality management tools,such as six sigma,SPC,PDCA,MSA,DOE,FMEA,etc.,to reduce the cost of production and operation of the company's products,improve product quality,and improve the core competitiveness of the company.H company introduced six sigma management into quality management in early 2013,and achieved remarkable results after more than six years of practice of Six Sigma quality management.However,with the continuous and in-depth development of Six Sigma quality management improvement activities,there is a lack of formalization and short-term of Six Sigma management improvement activities.This problem is common and difficult in the implementation of Six Sigma quality management activities in Chinese manufacturing enterprises.My thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the case which is based on Six Sigma theory.The first two chapters focus on the theory of Six Sigma quality problem management based on the study of typical cases at home and abroad.In Chapter 3,the necessity of implementing Six Sigma Management in the R & D and production process of H company is put forward through the analysis of the current six sigma environment of H company,and it is determined that the typical case is to improve the process pass through ratio of H company's magnetic components,so as to realize the cost saving of H company's magnetic components and improve the economic competitiveness and income of products.The fourth chapter analyzes and improves typical quality management cases,mainly through five steps of problem definition,problem measurement,problem analysis,problem improvement,problem control.Using DOE(factor test design),FMEA(failure mode analysis),measurement system analysis,process capability evaluation and other statistical methods,the key failure significant factors to solve the process problems are found,regression equations are established,and the optimal Six Sigma operation and management parameters are obtained through optimization design.In chapter five,the Six Sigma management project of H company is evaluated and improved.In the last chapter,the conclusion and Prospect of this study are summarized.Through the in-depth study of this paper,the implementation of Six Sigma management project of H company is analyzed in order to solve the problem,and this paper set a model for domestic enterprises to implement Six Sigma,the effect is long-term and effective.In addition,it also enriches the application practice of Six Sigma,and has guidance and reference significance for many enterprises in China's magnetic components industry to promote Six Sigma.
