| The paper combines with the real status of the quality management in printingenterprises,and discusses how the quality statistical tools can be used in printingenterprises. It will provide with an idea to the managers . First , It introduces the different phases of the development of qualitymanagement,and indicates the effect of quality statistical tools. It clarifies the typesof data which need to be collected in enterprise's management and the statisticalmethods used in enterprise. At last,It introduces the background of the GMCC andthe main problems in it . Secondly ,It indicates the fundamental production process and the main problemof the reject .First,from the basic data ,it utilities the statistical tools to develop theuseful information and solve the production problems . Secondly,It makes use of themethods of experimental design to find the best parameter combination which canimprove the printing resistance of the block. Thirdly,It discusses the application ofthe control chart in printing machine. Finally,according to the application of quality statistical tools,It draws someconclusions and give some suggestions to the GMCC. |
