With China's "one belt,one road" macro development strategy deepening and the "railway development plan" of 13th Five-Year,the scope of China's railway manufacturing business has expanded to the whole world.The railway manufacturing industry has ushered in new opportunities for development.At the same time,Chinese Railway manufacturing enterprises are also facing the pressure of global market competition.In addition,the"made in China 2025" action plan clearly points out that "the future development of traditional manufacturing industry will be highly integrated with artificial intelligence".Therefore,Chinese Railway manufacturing enterprises are facing the situation of intelligent transformation at the same time.This paper takes company a as the research object.Through on-site investigation and SWOT analysis to sort out the situation of company a,and determine the route to improve product quality stability,improve manufacturing process efficiency,reduce production costs,and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction improvement by introducing and implementing Lean Six Sigma management.In this paper,Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process is improved,and DOE test is designed to determine the optimal scheme.In the process of project implementation,combined with the concept of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent silo and other control systems are introduced to realize the integration of lean and intelligent manufacturing.Finally,the project is summarized and prospected through the double evaluation of expert review and questionnaire.The purpose is to form a set of mature Lean Six Sigma management system,which will lay the foundation for the promotion within the group of company a in the future.The research results of this paper can also provide reference for small and medium-sized enterprises in manufacturing industry to implement Lean Six Sigma management.
