With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,China's economy continues to develop,competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and competition among enterprises is ultimately the competition for talents.In the current situation,more and more companies are beginning to pay attention to human resource management,and performance management is one of the main effective methods in human management.As an important part of performance management,objectively and scientifically evaluating the performance of each employee of the enterprise can stimulate the employee's work potential,improve employee job satisfaction and motivation,and help the enterprise to quickly achieve its strategic goals.In this context,this paper uses a combination of theory and practice,and qualitative and quantitative research to study the performance of employees in KH companies based on the basic ideas of asking,analyzing,and solving problems.This article takes Xiamen KH companies as the research object.First,based on reading the relevant literature,the related performance evaluation theories are explained.Second,the current performance evaluation plan of KH employees is explained,and the problems existing in the KH company's current performance employee performance evaluation system are analyzed.The main ones are: the performance indicators are not consistent with the company's strategy;the setting of performance indicators is not scientific and comprehensive;the lack of communication and feedback in the performance evaluation process.KPI,as a systematic and quantifiable performance evaluation tool for evaluating and managing the evaluated objects,has important strategic significance in modern enterprise management.Through the commitments reached on KPI indicators,employees and managers can more effectively coordinate and communicate in terms of job performance,job promotion and future development of the company.Therefore,this article aims at the actual problems of KH companies,combined with related theories,and builds a systematic,practical,and operable KH employee performance evaluation system based on KPIs.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the new employee performance evaluation plan for KH companies,this article proposes safeguard measures for the new employee performance evaluation system from three aspects: organizational structure,enterprise system,and corporate culture.Through the research in this paper,a new employee performance evaluation system for KH companies was constructed,and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the new employee performance evaluation system were proposed to solve the problems existing in the original KH enterprise employee performance evaluation system and effectively achieve the improvement of KH The goal of enterprise human resource management quality and provide a certain reference for similar enterprises.
