Analysis Of Trade Potential And Influencing Factors Of China-Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan and China established diplomatic relations in 1992.With the establishment of diplomatic relations,our ties with Kazakhstan in various aspects are also growing day by day.Especially with China's "Belt and Road" strategic concept put forward,this not only for China and Kazakhstan,and even for the relations between China and Central Asia,Kazakhstan is the center of the whole of Central Asia,with asia-europe continental passage train said Central Asia territorial power,its geographical value to China also increased significantly.Under such circumstances,the relationship between China and Kazakhstan is naturally getting closer and closer.Sentence is too long,please supply a shorter sentence.Finally,on the basis of relevant theoretical research and the analysis of sino-kazakhstan trade status,this paper uses Frontier4.1 software to do empirical research.Having passed the test of basic statistics and the test of applicability of the model,in order to study the factors that specifically affect the trade potential between China and Kazakhstan,in this paper,the time-varying stochastic frontier trade gravity model and the trade non-efficiency model are selected to do the econometric test.The influence factors are divided into two categories to analyze the impact on the trade between Kazakhstan and China.The variables used to construct the model are GDP per capita,the distance between China and Kazakhstan,whether there is a boundary or not,and they are called natural factors,choosing the railway freight volume,tariff level,trade facilitation level,trade and transport related infrastructure,monetary freedom,financial freedom as human factors,and using these factors to build the model,to judge the factors affecting the trade potential between China and Kazakhstan,and to calculate the trade potential between the two countries.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations through the results of theoretical and empirical studies,and analyzes the conclusions and recommendations,which are of guiding significance for developing the trade potential between China and Kazakhstan,it is also of great significance for guiding the trade potential between China and the Central Asian countries and even the Belt and Road countries,as well as for the shortcomings of Sino Kazakh trade.
