Performance appraisal is an important means of human resource management and one of its core functions.The result is an important measure of position adjustment and employee salary distribution,which is of great significance to help enterprises improve management ability,make correct decisions,improve the quality of employees and keep employees in step with the development of the enterprise.At the same time,performance appraisal also ACTS as a mirror to let employees see their own work results in this period of time.For manufacturing enterprises,technical staff is an important factor restricting the development of enterprises.Having a team of technical staff with high quality and hard skills is the embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably establish the performance appraisal system for technical employees of the enterprise,and effectively use and motivate employees to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise has become the core issue concerning the development of manufacturing enterprises.Starting from the status quo of the performance appraisal system for technical employees in private enterprises,this paper discusses how to optimize the current performance appraisal system for technical employees so as to improve their work initiative and creativity.In this paper,combining with the characteristics of C skilled employees of private enterprises,with justice theory,human capital theory,expectancy theory as the foundation,using interview and questionnaire survey,the company high-level,technical and non-teehnical staff all-round multi-angle investigation,from different perspectives to understand the company from top to bottom view of the existing technical staff performance appraisal system,from the organization and management,method and process,the index system,the result and use four aspects find existing problems,and puts forward the necessity of optimizing technical staff performance appraisal system,and aiming at the problems at present,In order to improve the existing problems in the company's performance appraisal system,the optimization scheme of the technical employee stock performance appraisal system has been studied and developed,hoping to enhance the centripetal force of the technical employees in C private enterprises and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
