For the enterprise,how to evaluate the employee's performance through the performance appraisal is the core of the current work.The factors that affect the performance of employees are not single and static,it involves many subjective factors and objective factors,so there are many new problems in performance appraisal.Therefore,for enterprises,the establishment of a scientific,reasonable and practical performance evaluation system is an important part of the current work.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of human resources performance evaluation theory and the A Design Institute,grasp the problems of performance appraisal of technical personnel of A Design Institute as the research object,in-depth analysis of the status of the A Design Institute technical personnel performance appraisal,find out the technical staff of A Design Institute performance assessment questions and asked where the reason,from the performance appraisal methods and tools selection technical personnel,performance appraisal index,the index weight distribution,assessment period,assessment scores accounting,performance evaluation results of the use of several aspects,design a set of performance and technical personnel can promote the A Design Institute to develop benign interaction,to achieve a win-win situation of the technical personnel performance appraisal solutions.
