Research On The Relationship Between Strategic Improvisation Behavior And Continuous Innovation Ability Of Platform Enterprises

Platform-based enterprises bring huge business opportunities to the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises under the current economic situation,which is an important direction for future enterprise development.In the development process,platform-based enterprises need to constantly adjust and change to cope with the emerging new platform participants and the blurring of organizational and industry boundaries.In other words,platform companies need to continue to innovate dynamically to maintain the long-term development of the company.Strategic impromptu behavior of enterprises can help enterprises to cope with unexpected events.In today's highly volatile market environment,it has attracted great attention from the industry and academia.From the perspective of corporate dynamic capabilities,this article first selects platform-based companies as "Didi Travel" as case analysis objects,and collects research data through news reports,corporate official websites,interviews,etc.,and interprets the data with the help of qualitative analysis tools such as grounded theory Compile and put forward the theoretical model of this study.After that,the research hypothesis was proposed on the basis of the previous research,and the design and data collection of the questionnaire were carried out with reference to the mature and widely used effective measurement scale in the existing research results,and the theoretical model and research hypothesis were tested through empirical research.The study found that:(1)Strategic impromptu behavior has a significant positive impact on continuous innovation capabilities.Strategic improvisation behavior can help platform-based enterprises to improve their continuous innovation capabilities and benefits;(2)Strategic improvisation behavior has a significant positive impact on organizational memory As a result,the strategic impromptu behaviors repeatedly adopted by enterprises can greatly enrich the content of organizational memory and significantly increase the thickness of organizational memory;(3)Organizational memory has a significant positive impact on the ability of continuous innovation.A perfect organizational memory function can enhance the ability of continuous innovation;(4)Organizational memory plays an intermediary role between strategic improvisation and continuous innovation.The results of strategic improvisation will evolve into process memory and declarative memory,which will continue to serve the enterprise in both implicit and explicit aspects.Provide new ideas and methods for continuous innovation to promote the long-term development of enterprises.
