In today’s increasingly competitive environment, "How to make better use of innovation-driven development" has become an important issue when facing the current economic development. Transformational leadership as the facilitator of organizational innovation strategy, the question “how does transformational leadership affect the outcome of the process of organizational innovation” is still drawing less attention. Meanwhile, the formation and promote innovation often need inspiration and improvisation, but it is still a question about the mechanism between organizational improvisation and organizational innovation, which is also an important issue plaguing the current management practices.In order to promote innovation and improve organizational performance improve innovation and responsiveness improvisation organizations and to promote product innovation and upgrading of enterprises, On the basis of literature research, this study explores their impact on organizational innovation process and mechanism of action from the perspective of transformational leadership style and organization improvisation. The paper took theoretical analysis and empirical research method, collected data through questionnaires which regarded a random sample of 150 high-tech SMEs as the respondents. In the survey, 260 questionnaires were issued and 198 valid questionnaires were received, then we made the statistical analysis to verify the research hypothesis by using SPSS16.0. The results showed that: transformational leadership and organizational improvisation has a positive impact on organizational innovation, and organizational improvisation plays a completely intermediary role between transformational leadership and organizational innovation.The study is divided into six parts. The first part described the background and purpose of this paper, proposed research plan and methods to solve this problem, described the main contents of this paper. The second part analyzed the study status quo of transformational leadership theory, Organizational improvisation theory and organizational innovation research. The third part built the model assumptions and presented theoretical concepts. The fourth part was study design, described questionnaire design process, variable metric methods, data analysis and descriptive statistical tests, as well as reliability and validity testing process. The fifth part was empirical analysis, validate the various assumptions by correlation analysis and regression analysis. The sixth part summarized the findings and put forward the corresponding suggestions for improvements and future research directions.This study explained and examined the interaction mechanism between these variables, Constructed the relationship model of these variables, the findings of this study enriched the theory of organizational innovation and provided a useful guidance for the practice of corporate innovation.
