A Study On The Development Strategy Of Residential Tourism In Laoshan District Of Qingdao

With the reform of the market system and the progress of the economy and society,people's quality of life has improved from the pursuit of food and clothing to the pursuit of spiritual satisfaction.In China's tourism market,simple sightseeing has been difficult to meet the needs of tourists,people pay more attention to spiritual pleasure and deep participation,tourism and related industries began to reform,transformation and innovation,and the homestay is the classic innovative transformation product in its development process,once it was launched,it was favored by different levels of groups.Homestay is different from ordinary hotels,guesthouses and hotels.Its prototype is a family house.The homeowner transforms or rents by himself.On the basis of closely combining with local ecological environment resources and custom culture,he develops tourism accommodation places with different themes or characteristics,usually with agricultural sideline activities related to the theme of homestay,which can not only meet the needs of tourists' rest and relaxation At the same time,it can bring more leisure and entertainment experience.Under the background of the rapid rise of homestay tourism,this paper takes the tourism of Laoshan District in Qingdao as the research object.Firstly,based on the theory of tourism experience and sustainable development,and the data collected in Laoshan District as the fact,this paper analyzes the basic situation and scenic resources of Laoshan District,the type,scale and characteristics of homestay in Laoshan District This paper analyzes and introduces the current situation of the development of homestay tourism in Laoshan District.Secondly,we use literature analysis,interview research,questionnaire survey and other methods to investigate and find out the main problems existing in Laoshan residential quarters.From the research results,we know that there are many problems in Laoshan residential quarters,such as: the relevant local standards have not been implemented yet;the lack of regulatory subjects,standardized operation cannot be guaranteed;the infrastructure is not perfect,and the quality of residential quarters is not guaranteed The quantity needs to be improved;the homogenization of homestay is serious;the warm and comfortable degree is low,lack of family atmosphere;the popularity is low,the propaganda and marketing efforts are not enough;environmental pollution and other problems.Finally,based on the experience of Japan,Taiwan and Shenzhen Dapeng District,this paper puts forward some feasible strategies for the development of homestay tourism,which mainly include: enacting relevant local management measures;defining the main body of supervision,carrying out standardized management;upgrading the quality of homestay;highlighting local characteristics,setting a brand model;creating a warm and comfortable family Atmosphere;increase publicity and popularity;increase environmental protection and take the road of sustainable development.The author hopes that through the discussion and research of this paper,it will contribute a little to the development of the residential tourism in Laoshan District of Qingdao,and provide some suggestions and references for the development of the residential tourism in other areas of our country.
