In 2013,the state put forward a new development strategy for urbanization,which promoted the continuous growth of the national economy and also effectively promoted the improvement of the living standards of urban and rural residents.But on the other hand,due to insufficient consideration of resource and environmental carrying capacity,the unreasonable development and utilization of land resources has further increased the pressure on resources and environment in the urban land system.It has hindered the coordinated development of the city's economic and ecological environment,and the "urban disease" problem has gradually emerged in many cities.Against this background,the combination of land development and utilization,production,living,and ecological concepts of “Production-Living – Ecological”concept makes it necessary to implement the strategy of beautiful China.Incorporating social,economic,resource,environmental and other factors into the land carrying capacity research system will help enrich the connotation of land carrying capacity and systematically analyze the status and development trend of urban land resource utilization.This article is based on sorting out and summarizing the relevant researches on land carrying capacity,research scope,research methods,urban land carrying capacity and urban development.Based on the sustainable development theory,resource scarcity theory,man-land relationship theory,and system dynamics theory,the connotation and system composition of land carrying capacity under the concept of “Production-Living – Ecological”.With the help of system dynamics model,analyze the relationship between population,economy,ecology,resources and other factors that constitute land carrying capacity from a system perspective.Combined with the actual situation of Wuhan City,through scenario simulation,to analyze the change trend of land carrying capacity and main parameters of Wuhan City.Discuss the interrelationships between ecological protection,social production and land carrying capacity,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The content structure of this article is roughly based on existing research,on the basis of theoretical analysis,empirical analysis is carried out,and then the research conclusion is drawn.Among them,the first chapter and the second chapter are mainly the theoretical analysis process of this article,including the research background,literature analysis,research significance,theoretical support.Starting from Chapterthree,the empirical analysis process of this paper includes the construction of the land carrying capacity system dynamic model,the evolution prediction of the land carrying capacity system model,etc.Through the above research,we found:(1)From 2005 to 2016,the development of the bearing capacity of construction land,the carrying capacity of cultivated land,and the carrying capacity of ecological land in the three cities are uneven and uncoordinated.(2)Among the five different simulation scenarios,the carrying capacity of cultivated land resources in Wuhan is in good condition,and there is no obvious warning.Compared with the current development model,under the economic priority and environmental protection development model,there is no obvious change in the bearing capacity of cultivated land and construction land.However,the bearing capacity of ecological land has changed significantly,and it has changed to an overload state,showing a serious warning.It can be shown from these types of land use types that the ecological land carrying capacity is less optimistic,and it is the short board part of the land resource carrying capacity of Wuhan.(3)In the long run,the contradiction between the social and economic development of Wuhan City and its ecological environment protection will exist for a long time and will continue to highlight.Therefore,the short-term development at this stage should emphasize ecological environmental protection and choose an environmental protection model.In the long-term development,a balanced and sustainable development concept should be taken as the core,and a balanced development model should be selected to promote the coordinated development of social production,population growth and environmental resources.
