With the continuous deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises are constantly making structural adjustments,strategic reorganizations,and improving management models in the face of new economic situations at home and abroad.However,if they want to find their advantages under the complicated international market competition,state-owned enterprises should pay attention to improving the level of human resources management,mobilize and give full play to the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of various types of talented person,so as to stimulate endogenous motivation and promote the development of the company.Company X is a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation,and has been celebrating its 20 th anniversary.It has the nature of a state-owned enterprise.At the same time,because of its short period of establishment,it also has advanced management concepts and innovative exploration spirit in its management model.Therefore,this paper selects the employee incentive system of Company X for research.In this article,by reading and sorting out relevant literature and materials,collating and summarizing the research results of motivation theory at home and abroad,and establishing the theoretical basis for the optimization scheme of the motivation system.In the form of interviews and questionnaires,understand the company's basic profile,the content of the incentive system and employee satisfaction,and analyze the current status and existing problems of the original incentive measures.In response to the problem,using incentive theory and combining with the actual situation of the company,put forward incentive measures optimization plans from five aspects of position management,training management,salary management,performance evaluation and corporate culture,and propose guarantee measures for the operation of the incentive system.This article attempts to carry out optimization research on the basis of the original incentive system on the premise that it complies with the rules and regulations of Company X.This will help to create a good internal competitive environment for the company,enhance employees' active work motivation,develop their potential capabilities,and better serve the company's central work.At the same time,it also plays a positive role indeveloping,attracting and retaining talents for the company and enhancing external competitiveness.
