Since reform and opening up, along with the gradual open and active development of themarket economy, facing the new employment environment, and establishing a modernenterprise system, labour market which controled by the national unified is turn to bemarketization development under the impetus of the market regulation in our country. In thistransformation process, employment is flexible gradually in state-owned enterprises;multivariate labor form has become a trend in state-owned enterprise employment systemreform and development.The shift makes enterprises face many problems, needing relatedpolicies as a support to adapt to the society and enterprise development. However, due to theprecipitation of history, complicated labor, unsound project management mechanism,state-owned enterprises can not be very good deal with the modern employee relationsmanagement.Based on this background, this paper research on the state-owned enterprisesunder the diversified forms of employment mode of employee relationship management, andwith A company as an example to explore the four-dimensional model of employeerelationship management of practicality.Through summarizing the existing research results and analysis of the collected data,conclude the main research results are as follows:(1) The definition of diversity recruitment. In view of the present academia, no unifieddefinition of employment, the diversification related concepts in this paper, through theanalysis and comparison, points out that the diversity recruitment is the enterprise accordingto the characteristics of market economy development and corporate development needs,enterprises and employees to establish on the basis of the cooperation of trading or exchangebehavior, taking different ways of working to establish different forms of employmentrelationship.(2) Employee relationship management of the multivariate labor form. With employeerelations can be widely used in the enterprise, the researchers from social exchange theory tothe theory of psychological contract of employee relationship management carried on thethorough research. Along with the concept of the introduction of, Chinese scholars also ofemployee relations management is according to the changing situation, according to the agecharacteristics of employee relationship management, employee relationship managementcountermeasures are put forward. Scholars at home and abroad about the diversity employment under the background of enterprise human resources management theoryresearch, but most are from career and salary, enterprise culture construction perspective.However, a variety of employment means to coexist and cross the employee relationshipmanagement complex, chaotic predicament is not one aspect to improve can solve, but needto deal with the overall enterprise and employee and employee’s relationship with employeesachieve a win-win situation. Considering the special properties of state-owned enterprises andemployment situation, according to the staff to enterprise’s contribution and showing thecooperation with enterprises, the existing labor four sides in the form of a classification.Because employee relationship management involves all aspects of human resourcemanagement, according to the existing theory achievement has carried on the classification tocategory of employee relationship management, and labor way for four kinds of four types ofemployee relationship management model is established.(3)Combining theoretical analysis and case analysis method.
