Along with the coming of the age of artificial intelligence,training has been paid more and more attention in the development of enterprises.Only by attaching importance to the human resources of state-owned enterprises and carrying out targeted training according to the needs of the strategic development of enterprises,can the human resources of state-owned enterprises be kept in value and added and the basic industry be realized.Today,with the rapid iteration of science and technology and the rapid change of market environment,the state-owned enterprises should smoothly and efficiently complete the "elephant turn around" and realize the transformation of upgrading.One of the important links is to maximize the utility of enterprise’s human resources through training and development,and form effective resultant force to support the enterprise strategy.This paper analyzes the training status and problems of state-owned enterprises A through literature,interview and questionnaire,and finds that the training of state-owned enterprises A has many disadvantages,in the absence of effective planning,lack of effective needs analysis,and lack of specificity in training content,the obsolescence of training methods and the imperfect incentive mechanism,which affects the potential of state-owned enterprises and restricts the growth of the performance of state-owned enterprises A.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper probes into the optimization of the training system of the state-owned enterprise A,and puts forward some methods to perfect the training system,such as establishing the training plan based on the strategy of the enterprise plus the career development of the employee,analyzing the training requirements,making the training plan of the hierarchical classification,innovating the training methods,building the high-quality training teachers,strengthening the training tracking and evaluation,and building the learning organization.This paper puts forward that we should carry out the value training based on enterprise culture,make reasonable career plan,establish reasonable organization guarantee,establish good training environment and training network,and so on,so as to provide the guarantee mechanism for the optimization of the staff training system of state-owned A enterprises.This article aims at providing some reference and guidance for the staff training system of the state-owned enterprise through optimizing the staff training system of the state-owned enterprise,in order to promote and bring into play the potential ability of the staff of the enterprise better,so as to finally enhance the benefit of the enterprise,realize the "win-win" of the staff and the enterprise,and enhance the competitive power of the state-owned enterprise in the market environment.
