In today’s21st century, with the escalation of the deteriorating competitive environmentat home and abroad as well as the level of competition, competition among enterprises for thetalent competition, human resources as "resources", plays a vital important role will bedirectly related to the survival and sustainable development, and its importance has becomeincreasingly prominent. The incentive mechanism is a very important part of the enterprisehuman resources management, it refers to the various incentives posed by the behavior of anorganic system, and institutionalized long-standing and ongoing operation of such a system,all kinds of incentives behaviors inertia dynamic plays a role change by managers operatingemotions. The most fundamental purpose of the enterprises incentives to induce motivation towork correctly, so that they at the same time to achieve organizational goals to achieve theirown needs, and enhance their satisfaction, so that their enthusiasm and creativity continue tomaintain and carry forward. Therefore, incentives for good or bad to some extent determinethe success or failure of the enterprise.Along with the process of economic integration in the world and the knowledgeeconomy era, China’s shipping industry old state-owned enterprises are facing complex andvolatile business environment, market competition is increasingly fierce, human resourcesbecome the primary resource for business incentive to become the important functions ofmodern human resource management. In this article, the author in the F shipping companysituation, the company’s existing human resources management approach in-depth analysis onthe basis of analysis of the company’s Human Resources, the main problems found F shippingexcitation mechanism. These issues has created a significant negative impact on thedevelopment of the company F, F shipping company reform is an urgent problem. Thenproposed countermeasures from four aspects. Finally, this chapter also proposed employeeincentive should pay attention to two issues: First, we must grasp the basic principles;motivate staff relationship is to grasp the various incentives.F shipping company employee motivation research, we can see the situation of rapideconomic development, through the development and implementation of effective employeeincentives in order to attract talent, give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of staff, willenable enterprises to stand invincible.
