With the rapid development of today's society,competition between enterprises has intensified.The competition between enterprises is not only the competition of core technology,but also the competition of outstanding talents.And the new generation.of employees have now become the main force in all walks of life in the developing society.They are highly educated,and have strong working ability,but at the same time,they are independent,outward —looking,and lack of stability.Therefore,how to manage the new generation of employees,improve their job satisfaction,and increase the loyalty to the enterprise is of great significance to the long-term development of the enterprise.Through the combination of theory and practice,and according to the characteristics of Bank J and its developmental needs,based on the MSQ scale,literature review of incentive factors and the interview results conducted between new generation staff in Bank J,the paper summarizes the factors affecting their degree of satisfaction,and divides the 42 questions that affect the degree of job satisfaction into six dimensions: work itself,work return,working conditions,growth and development,leadership style,organizational atmosphere.Then the job satisfaction of new generation staff is studied through questionnaire survey,and the data collected will be statistically analyzed by SPSS software in the end.The result shows that the new generation of employees of Bank J have a certain degree of dissatisfaction in the work itself,work return,working conditions,the growth and development,the leadership style and the organizational atmosphere.Therefore,in order to improve job satisfaction between new generation employees and stimulate working enthusiasm,Bank J must make improvement by optimizing multi-allocation system oriented to contribution,redesigning staff's characteristics,constructing training system with talent echelon construction as the core,improving the management of performance appraisal,creating a people-oriented work atmosphere and perfecting staff's career promotion channel.
