With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the deepening of the reform of China's market economy system,Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition environment.The competition of enterprises,in the final analysis,is the competition of talents.As the core of human resource management,performance management plays an important role in promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises.F company is a small state-owned enterprise.Facing the changing market environment,the company faces great challenges in personnel management and market competition.In order to better develop in the fierce market competition,better achieve the company's objectives,improve the enthusiasm and sense of belonging of employees,and maintain the sustainable competitive advantage of the enterprise,the personnel management of F company must be put on the agenda.Based on the relevant theory of performance management,this research focus on the problems of performance management in F company,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize performance management.It combs the relevant literature through literature research,provides the theoretical basis for the research,and collects the data information of F Company through interviews and questionnaires.At first,it introduces the basic situation and performance management status of F company,and explores the possible problems.First,the objective is not clear,and the propaganda is not in place.Second,the index setting is not reasonable.Third,the implementation effect is not ideal.Fourth,the lack of process management,the lack of feedback and communication.Fifth,the assessment is just a formality problem.Sixth,the personnel satisfaction is poor.Then,11 company related person were interviewed,including 5 senior managers and 6 middle managers,preliminary understanding of the implementation of F company's performance management.According to the interview analysis results,48 questionnaires were further distributed to all employees except the interviewees.Based on the actual situation,the data collected by interviews and questionnaires,this research analyzes and diagnoses the implementation of performance management of F company,analyzes the formulation process,content,evaluation of indicators by departments and employees,and finds out the existing problems and causes,mainly including: first,there are no special personnel and departments;second,performance management.The strategic orientation of management is not strong enough.The third is to replace performance management with performance appraisal.The fourth is the lack of a scientific and reasonable performance management system.The fifth is the lack of enthusiasm caused by poor employee satisfaction.The sixth is the poor application of appraisal results.Based on the diagnosis,this research puts forward the countermeasures and measures to optimize the performance management of F company,which are to clarify the company's development strategy,redesign the performance management system,optimize the performance management process,strengthen the process management and control of performance management,and do a good job in the performance management guarantee.As an applied academic dissertation,I hope to explore the ideas of solving performance management problems of similar enterprises from the perspective of both academic and practical and hope to provide relevant practical reference for similar enterprises.
