With the improvement of economic level and the influence of environmental factors,people's drinking water concept has undergone great changes,which makes the packaging drinking water industry develop rapidly and the competition situation is very fierce.Fujian A Mountain Spring Water Co.,Ltd.,as a member of the large army in the packaging drinking water industry,belongs to small private enterprises in the province of Fujian Province.The cost of human and material resources of products rises,the strength of competitors is large and the number of market segments is insufficient,Single customer level and regionalization,Competitive strategy is not positioned,and the challenges are far greater than opportunities.How to break through these bottlenecks and challenges,and to realize the competition strategic transformation of the company is an important part of the current sustainable development of Fujian A Mountain Spring Water Co.,Ltd.This paper focuses on the problems faced by Fujian A Mountain Spring Water Co.,Ltd.,and refers to many important theories and literatures.Based on the relevant theories,PEST analysis is used to fully understand the situation of the enterprise and the situation of the whole market environment and competitive environment.The Porter Five Force Model analyzes the internal and external environment of A Mountain Spring Water Company to clarify the internal and external challenges and advantages of A Mountain Spring Water Company,and then according to CPM competition analysis method,value chain,strategic layout map and "Remove-reduce-increase-create" grid analysis tool establishes the company's position in the industry,its advantages and disadvantages,and the projects that need attention.It analyzes the original business strategy and implements a differentiated strategy to change the dilemma and problems that enterprises are facing now.Through the differentiation of postioning,product characteristics,marketing channels and service quality,the implementation of differentiated strategies will be implemented to increase the local sales rate and market share of bottled water.In the process of implementation of the differentiation strategy,through the optimization of internal organizational structure,the standardization of human resource management and the development of technical resources,the company's overall competitiveness will be enhanced,and the corresponding guarantee and foundation will be laid for the full implementation of the company's differentiation strategy.Through the research on the differentiation strategy of Fujian A Mountain Spring Water Co.,Ltd.,we hope to achieve steady growth of corporate profits to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,And provide some reference for the transformation process or enhance competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises like Fujian A Shanquan Co.,Ltd.
