As the important financial payment tool, bankcard is the main intermediate business of commercial banks, because bankcard is influenced by the macro economic policy, keep rising personal income and the competition among the banks is becoming drastic day-by-day, profits level of traditional assets and liabilities business shows a tendency to drop in every commercial bank. The intermediate business has risen suddenly as a new force, its profit has been increasing faster. It has occupied the considerable share of bank profit and also has become the new profit point of growth. As a result, the drastic competition of the bankcard business has been caused among the commercial banks.The management environment and business competition pattern of bankcard of domestic commercial banks has been deeply changed after China entered into WTO. The bankcard business of ABC bank Jinan branch is encountering severe challenge. Under this background, the competition strategy of bankcard business market of ABC bank Jinan branch is studied thoroughly in this thesis.On the basis of analyzing the bankcard market overall condition, the competition situation and the present bankcard situation of ABC bank Jinan branch, external environment, professional environment and internal environment is being thoroughly discussed. After the generalized analysis, the ABC bank Jinan branch bankcard service should use Differentiation strategy under the low cost condition.The ABC bank Jinan branch must study and learn others advanced experience, cultivates and promotes bankcard service core competition.
