Since the state has listed the environmental protection industry as the first of the seven new emerging strategic industries,the environmental protection industry has made a great progress.In 2017,it has become a year of environmental protection policy,and the environmental protection industry is facing unprecedented opportunities for development.However,the rapid development of environmental protection industry will also face more intense competition pressure and challenge: the low end of the product,the homogenization of the product,the decline of the profit rate of the enterprise and the large gap between the technology of the developed countries and so on,which greatly increase the pressure of the competition of the enterprises.In order to improve the core competitiveness of the company,SDXN company formulated and implemented the differential competition strategy in 2015,which is of certain significance to the long-term development of the company,but it is not constant.SDXN company needs to optimize in time according to the changing environment of competition,so as to ensure that the company is always in an advantageous position in the fierce market competition.Based on the theory of competitive strategy,this paper combs the internal and external environment and the main competitors of SDXN company: with the external environment,the PEST model is used as an analysis tool to analyze the external environment of the political,economic,social and technical environment of SDXN company.The SDXN company has a good development.Environment,that is to provide the opportunity for the development of SDXN company,and put forward new challenges;in the internal environment,through the analysis of the enterprise resource ability of SDXN company,it is concluded that SDXN company has the advantages of technological innovation and has a certain brand influence.On this basis,the implementation status of differentiated competitive strategy of SDXN company is analyzed in detail,and AHP is used to evaluate this strategy.The competitiveness index system of SDXN company is constructed through literature review and expert inquiry,and a hierarchical structure is set up by customers' choice to buy sanitation vehicles,and experts are invited to score five aspects,such as product,service,marketing strategy,cultural construction and human resource management,and to finer the influence factors.Finally,SDXN's competitiveness score is 0.4414,which is weaker than its main competitors.It reflects that SDXN's current differentiation strategy needs to be optimized.Analysis based on the evaluation results of AHP: the competitiveness of SDXNcompanies in marketing,human resources management and cultural construction is weaker than the main competitors.Therefore,the optimization countermeasures are put forward to the existing problems,so that the SDXN company will further enhance the competitiveness of the company and help SDXN company expand it.Large market scale and profit growth point,so as to achieve long-term competitive advantage.
