With the acceleration of global economic information integration,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and many opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises have placed higher and more stringent requirements on their overall competitiveness.Talent is an important factor for the continuous development and progress of an enterprise.Increasing the efforts to train talents has gradually become an important daily work of an enterprise.The establishment and improvement of the staff training system has a direct impact on the development of the enterprise.In the continuously changing market environment,SMEs encountered human resources management obstacles such as the gradual aging of employees,serious staff turnover,and the inability of employees to meet the growth needs of the enterprise during the growth process.With higher and stricter requirements,the key to the long-term development of SMEs is to do a good job of employee training.This thesis is guided by the relevant theories of employee training,starting from the actual situation of WJX company training,researching the company's employee training system.First,the thesis discusses the background and significance of the research,and elaborates on domestic and foreign literature,research content and research methods,and clarifies the relevant theories of employee training systems.Secondly,in order to have a better understanding of the current status of the company's employee training system,the basic situation,organizational structure and current status of the employee training system of WJX were elaborated through interviews with employees,questionnaires and field visits to the company.In the employee training system,there are problems such as lack of effective training needs analysis and clear training plans,lack of trainers,single training forms,and inadequate evaluation of training effects,and further find out the reasons for these problems.Then,in response to the existing problems of the company's employee training system,taking the relevant theories of employee training as the guide,and contacting the actual situation of the company,an employee training optimization system adapted to the company's practice was designed,and training needs analysis and corresponding training plans were formulated to strengthen The training work implements and improves the evaluation of training effects,and then puts forward safeguard measures to effectively implement the transformation of training results.Finally,draw conclusions and look forward to the direction of future research.While this paper provides implementation guarantee for WJX's employee training system,it also has a certain degree of reference and reference significance for the implementation of other SMEs' training programs.
