Research On Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Resources Integration Capability, Organizational Coordination Mechanisms And New Venture Performance

New ventures for the promotion of economic development and employment ofworkers have a major role and it is also the hot issue of global concern. In theparticular context of transition, new ventures newborn sex cause a serious impedimentto the growth disadvantage the development of new enterprises, and an important wayto solve this bottleneck is to integrate the resources of the enterprise, so that resourcesinto the competitive superiority. Study found that the ability to integrate resourcesdevelopment of new enterprises have a huge role in promoting. Ability to integrateresources is not only able to make maximum use of resources, and can enrich theintegration of resources entrepreneurs experience. However, research has also foundthat the ability to integrate resources to the new venture performance was notsignificant, and may even lead to reduced performance, therefore, a simplerelationship between the two studies are not well explained ability to integrateresources for new venture performance impact mechanism, thereby introducing somescholars to study its effect on the manipulated variable ability to integrate resourcesand new venture performance utility regulation, and organizational coordinationmechanisms as a means of coordination of resources between individuals becausedifferences lead to resource conflicts that arise in the integration and conflicts canplay a very good coordinating role. Therefore, this paper introduces the organizationalcoordination mechanisms regulating variables to study in the context of integrationand coordination mechanisms regulating role of entrepreneurial ability to integrateresources for new venture performance with what effect.Thesis based on resource-based theory, resource dependence theory andcorporate capability theory, from the two types of entrepreneurial ability to integrateresources （entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial resources cohesive resourcecoupling capacity） for the new venture performance impact mechanism starting toexplore the different types of entrepreneurial ability to integrate resources to act onnew venture performance. Then analyze organizational coordination mechanisms ability to integrate resources for entrepreneurs and new venture performancerelationship adjustment mechanism to clarify the different organizational coordinationmechanism （authoritative coordination and trust coordination） entrepreneurialability to integrate resources for new venture performance. Through literature andlogical reasoning build theoretical models and propose hypotheses. Using SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0payment for the Yangtze River Delta and effectively recover datafrom330copies exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlationanalysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling, empirical researchpresented theoretical deduction process assumptions. Empirical studies have found:entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial resources cohesive resource capabilities arecoupled with the new venture performance exist significant positive correlation;coordinating authority and trust are coordinating resources for entrepreneurs cohesivecapability and new venture performance positively correlated with positive to regulate;coordination and authoritative resource coordination and trust coupling capability andnew venture performance moderating effect has not been empirical test.Paper’s findings on resource organizational coordination mechanisms integratetwo areas of research have important theoretical contributions. On the one hand, fromthe resources of cohesion and coupling resource perspective enriches the theory ofintegration of resources, which is further open the black box of integration ofresources to make a contribution. On the other hand, the introduction of organizationand coordination mechanism to enrich the ability to integrate resources and newventure performance in different contexts has the effect of different influences.Finally, the relationship between the three studies help entrepreneurs improvecapacity utilization of resources, and thus to enhance the company’s performance toprovide substantive guidance.
