With the increasing development of modern technology, consumer electronicsenterprises have mushroomed continue to emerge. Expanding market share andexponentially growing consumer groups, making the unprecedented development of theconsumer electronics market, which triggered the consumer electronics market, thecompetition has become more intense. Human resources as a carrier of knowledge, decisiontechnology development and progress, thus becoming the competing goals of the enterprise.Competitiveness of human resources has gradually become an important indicator tomeasure the actual strength of the consumer electronics companies, to determine thecompany’s future growth and development.
