The rapid development of the economic situation has made enterprises put forward higher requirements for financial management.Under the traditional financial financial management,the financial department is constrained by the accounting and analysis after the event,and is relatively independent of the business department of the value creation department of the enterprise.The development of information systems has gradually disintegrated this state.The data of the business department and the financial department have been opened,but the financial department under the existing ERP system is still only responsible for accounting work,and has not effectively penetrated the business front end,and management accounting has not been effectively implemented.With the concept of financial integration defined in the Basic Guidelines for Management Accounting,many companies have begun to try to implement financial integration.The implementation of industry wealth integration is not smooth.There are problems in the management decision-making information demand is not clear,the financial goals are not uniform,the information transmission is blocked,and the accounting process is difficult to rebuild.This paper proposes to build a financial sharing platform and combine budget management to promote financial integration.First,the sharing center sets the business data processing standard,which ensures the unity of the business data and financial data of each branch,and realizes the financial integration of the data.Secondly,the business finance is set.Functional positions,deep into the front end of the business process;Finally,the shared platform can achieve system financial integration through docking with the business system.In the second step,the expense management module is included in the sharing center.The sharing center serves as a database to provide data support for budget decision-making and budget preparation,which can monitor the business expenses in real time and play a supervisory role.Before the implementation of the financial integration,HC Logistics Group has unclear business data sources,non-uniform business processing standards,and lack of cost budget management.Considering the relatively concentrated financial structure and the developed information system,the implementation of the sharing platform can be combined with the cost budget.This paper applies the financial sharing platform combined with budget management to HC logistics.Through analyzing the HC group business accounting process,it analyzes how to promote the financial integration through the above three methods under the shared platform.Then analyzes the budget management implementation method under the shared platform to analyze how the financial integration is realized in this process.Finally,the balanced scorecard and data analysis method were used to evaluate the effect of the financial integration under the program,which provided a new direction for the future financial integration of HC logistics.
