Research On The Construction Of The Sharing Platform Of Conglomerate's Comprehensive Budget Manangement

With the improvement of enterprise management and the rapid development of information technology,budget management has become the core content of enterprise management.It integrates information,capital,and business,and the company has achieved decentralized authorization.Comprehensive budget management has played a major role in promoting the maturity and development of modern enterprises.It is one of the main method of management system for internal management in enterprises.Comprehensive budget management has become an indispensable and important management model for modern enterprises.Shared services centers usually focus on functions such as finance,information systems,human resources,legal,procurement,and research and development.In this way,they can achieve economies of scale,save costs,and help ensure the quality and consistency of these functions.It also helps to ensure the quality and consistency of these functions and makes it possible for full budget management to be better implemented in the enterprise.This paper first reviews the relevant theories and research results of comprehensive budget management and financial sharing through the case study method and the literature reading method,and combines the current situation that the case company-A enterprise's comprehensive budget management system has not been applied to the concept of financial sharing,and uses relevant theories for A company to build a comprehensive budget management platform to help A company really plays a role in budget management.Therefore,this article will add to the theory and practice of comprehensive budget management theory.This article analyzes the status quo of the case company's comprehensive budget management and finds that A company has built a relatively complete comprehensive budget management system,but in the daily work,it still uses Excel to complete the budget management activities,which brings a great deal of work to the staff,so it brings inconvenience and affects the implementation of the comprehensive budget management,and A company has in fact established a financial sharing center,but has not yet introduced the budget management into the center.So this article tries to structure comprehensive budget management platform for A enterprise in the financial sharing model.The following efforts have been made in the construction: Firstly,A enterprise's comprehensive budget management platform is planned according to the construction goals,construction principles,organizational structure,and construction guarantee of A company's comprehensive budget management platform,and analysis is performed from requirements,processes,and functions,and then The operational budget,capital budget,financing budget,and financial budget have four modules for specific module design.However,due to the existence of factors such as economic activity uncertainty and system instability,which may affect the implementation of the comprehensive budget management platform,some suggestions have been made on the construction of the comprehensive budget management platform proposed above,such as the system adjustment,personnel quality,management thinking,system stability,and so on.
