Research On Financial Sharing Construction Of A Communication Operator Based On Industry-Financial Integration

Since the outbreak began in 2020,leading-edge technology of big data and artificial intelligence has promoted the online,digital,and intelligent offline services.Enterprises need to advance with the times and create a new situation in financial management that matches business transformation.Through the construction of financial sharing,the integration of industry and finance has become the main direction of the financial transformation of large enterprise groups in the future.Financial Accounting [2018] No.22 "Management Accounting Application Guidelines No.202" pointed out that enterprises should strengthen management accounting,improve internal management,and promote economic transformation and upgrading.In addition,the rapid development of emerging electronic information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain in recent years has also provided technical support for the construction of financial sharing by enterprise groups.There are few practical cases confined to the construction of financial sharing by large-scale enterprise groups in my country.Most of China's research on industry-finance integration and financial sharing is based on theory.Guided by the integration of industry and finance,the promotion of financial sharing construction is of great significance for consolidating the foundation of financial management and achieving financial transformation.Through combing the literature of the group,financial sharing,and industry-finance integration,this article believes that industry-finance integration is an important success factor for financial sharing,and financial sharing is an important way to promote industryfinance integration.Based on the analysis of the financial and financial integration situation of Group A before implementing financial sharing,this article introduces the financial sharing construction plan of Group A in detail;then analyzes the financial sharing construction of Group A based on business and financial integration,and discusses the successful construction and implementation of financial sharing.The basis,whether and how to realize the integration of industry and finance and carry out the work of industry and finance integration;finally summarize the experience and enlightenment of the financial sharing construction of communication operators.Through the analysis of Group A's financial sharing construction,this article draws the following conclusions: First,in order to strengthen the Group's financial management and control capabilities,financial sharing construction based on industry-finance integration is the only way for enterprises to achieve financial transformation,and financial sharing is industry-finance integration The important way of business and financial integration is to deepen and enhance financial sharing;Second,financial sharing construction is a gradual and continuous improvement process.The construction process should be combined with its own business characteristics.It should draw on the experience of successful companies and be specific the specific analysis of the problem;Third,operators in the communications industry should build financial sharing services to serve the direction of corporate Internet development,and actively build an open,shared,inclusive,and win-win ecosystem.
