Today's information technology and communication technology is the world's fastest growing,the most extensive coverage,the most penetration,the most widely used high-tech field,but also to promote the development of the global information and communication industry with the rapid development of communication technology.Furthermore,the development of special 5G technology will launch a new era of digitalization of the Internet and penetrate various industries.It will have the golden 10 years of information and communication together with big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and so on.The smart retail,smart security and other Internet of Things will step into this field as well in the 5G era of vigorous development.Image recognition and big data analytics video product selling and smart retailing based on its development will face the opportunity of technological innovation and rapid market development.Video surveillance,intelligent retrieval,statistics and analysis,passenger flow analysis,and intelligent management in the cloud will improve management effectiveness and business performance more efficiently and intelligently,and the application of these new technologies in the retail industry will give birth to infinite vitality in the new retail industry.At the same time,how to quickly establish the industry leadership in the emerging blue sea market and the formation of their own high-tech barriers are the common development problem the smart retail service providers face.Firstly,the PEST analysis model is established to analyze the macro-environment of the whole intelligent retail service industry from points of the technical trends,market conditions and challenges of smart retail and the market competition environment and development status of intelligent retail service providers through the Porter Five Force model.Then figure out the intelligent store market frequency monitoring,Intelligent search,statistics and analysis,passenger flow analysis,intelligent management system products in the cloud competition environment and market opportunities.Secondly,through the SWOT model,this paper analyzes the opportunities and threats that W companies face in the intelligent retail service industry and their own advantages and weaknesses that need to be tapped,and concludes that in the new retail market competition environment of high-speed growth and rapid iteration of new technologies,it is a necessary means to adjust and formulate a reasonable enterprise development strategy to gain competitive advantage.At the same time,based on the current W company's strategic management status quo and the development environment and other practical situation combined with the theoretical basis of strategic management,put forward the relevant recommendations of strategic management and practical landing methods.A comprehensive description of how W company in the future to choose their own development strategy from market penetration,technology development,talent development,competitive strategy,marketing strategy,customer management and other aspects of the specific strategy through the comprehensive and systematic development strategy of the implementation of the promotion,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,quickly establish their dominant position in the market and achieve their own rapid growth.Meanwhile it provides gold model in the long-term science and technology start-up strategy development.
